State Authorization

Global College of America (GCA) is a degree-granting postsecondary institution authorized to operate and confer academic degrees within the State of Arizona under the oversight of the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education (AZPPSE).

GCA operates under AZPPSE License No. NVD-00007 and maintains compliance with applicable state laws and regulations governing institutional operations, academic programs, admissions practices, faculty qualifications, tuition policies, and student protections. State authorization permits the College to legally deliver its academic programs and award degrees in accordance with Arizona law.

All academic programs are delivered fully online through the College’s designated learning management system. All courses, instructional materials, assessments, and official communications are conducted in English. GCA does not offer English language preparatory or English-as-a-Second-Language (ESL) programs. Applicants are expected to demonstrate sufficient English proficiency prior to enrollment to support successful participation in online academic study.

State authorization is distinct from other voluntary, third-party institutional review processes that may be pursued independently by institutions. Credits and degrees awarded by Global College of America are evaluated and accepted at the discretion of receiving institutions, licensing bodies, or employers according to their own criteria. Acceptance or transferability of coursework or credentials is not guaranteed.

Global College of America does not participate in federally funded student financial aid programs. Prospective students are encouraged to review institutional disclosures carefully and to consider how GCA programs align with their academic and professional goals before enrolling.
