Step 1 — Learn About Our Programs

Here’s how to explore GCA effectively:

GCA currently offers 7 online programs licensed by the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education (AZPPSE):

  • Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration

Step 2 — Apply for Admission

Once you decide to move forward, you’ll complete the admissions requirements listed in the GCA Academic Catalog (Admissions Policy) .

✔ Submit Required Items

All applicants must complete:

  • GCA Application for Admission (online)

  • Government-issued photo ID showing name and date of birth

  • Proof of high school graduation or equivalent (for undergraduate admission)

  • Official college transcripts (for graduate or doctoral admission)

  • English proficiency documentation (TOEFL, IELTS, EPE, or partner-administered exam for international students)

  • Foreign credential evaluation for non-U.S. education documents (NACES/AICE)

✔ Admissions Interview (as required)

Some programs may request a short interview with a GCA Admissions Advisor.

✔ Receive Your Decision

Students who meet requirements will receive:

  • Official Offer of Admission, and

  • Transfer credit evaluation (if applicable)

All final admissions decisions are issued exclusively by GCA under AZPPSE license.

Step 3 — Enroll in Courses

After admission, students move into the enrollment phase using the GCA Global Campus (Learning Management System).

✔ Steps You Will Complete:

  • Sign the Enrollment Agreement

  • Pay the non-refundable $50 application fee

  • Confirm technology requirements (computer, internet, LMS access)

  • Review your degree plan with your advisor

✔ Course Access

You will receive:

  • GCA Global Campus login information

  • Course syllabus and materials

  • Instructions for navigating the AI-assisted LMS

Access is typically provided 24–48 hours before the course start date, consistent with catalog policy.

Step 4 — Track Your Progress

Throughout your studies, the AI-assisted GCA Global Campus supports you with:

AI identifies missing assignments, low participation, and upcoming deadlines.

✔ Progress Tracking

Your dashboard displays:

  • Cumulative GPA

  • Completed credits

  • Remaining credits

  • SAP (Satisfactory Academic Progress) status

✔ Registrar Monitoring

The Registrar periodically evaluates your academic standing to ensure you maintain:

  • Minimum GPA requirements

  • Continuous enrollment

  • SAP compliance

Official transcripts can be requested at any time.

Step 5 — Complete Your Program & Next Steps

When you approach program completion, GCA staff will guide you through your final academic and administrative steps.

While GCA does not provide job placement services (per catalog policy) , we do provide:

  • Academic guidance
