1. Currency & General Payment Terms
- Currency: All tuition, institutional fees, and associated charges are assessed and payable exclusively in United States Dollars (USD).
- Exchange Rates: For international students remitting payments or receiving refunds in local currencies, transactions are calculated using the official exchange rate in effect on the date of transaction processing.
- Billing Schedule: Tuition at GCA is charged by the course, not by the term or full program. Tuition is due before the first day of each 6-week sequential instructional block. Students are never required to pay for an entire degree program in advance.
- No Hidden Financing Costs: The College charges zero interest, zero financing fees, and no late penalties for students adhering to the course-by-course block payment schedule.

3. Institutional Scholarships: The GCA Global Access Scholarship
To ensure equitable worldwide access to higher education, GCA provides the Global Access Scholarship, which automatically adjusts tuition according to the student’s country of legal residence at the time of admission (based on annual World Bank economic income classifications).
- No Separate Application: Awarded automatically upon admission; no competition, financial disclosure, or essay required.
- Tuition-Only Reduction: Applies exclusively to tuition charges per credit. Application fees, graduation fees, and books are not discounted.
- Currency Adjustment: Countries whose national currency has depreciated by more than 30% against the USD over the preceding three years (e.g., Türkiye, Argentina, Suriname) are elevated by one scholarship tier (e.g., Tier 2 to Tier 3).

4. Additional Institutional Tuition Assistance
- New Student Award: A one-time, non-transferable 50% tuition reduction applied to the very first course taken in the student’s first GCA program. Calculated on the net tuition remaining after any Global Access Scholarship discount.
- Alumni Continuation Award: Tuition reductions available for GCA graduates continuing directly into a higher degree level program.

6. Payment Methods & Financial Aid Disclosures
- Accepted Payment Methods: Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, electronic bank transfers, and international wire transfers processed securely via certified payment gateways (Stripe).
- Title IV / Federal Aid Disclosure: Global College of America is provisionally licensed by the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education (AZPPSE) but is not accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. GCA does not participate in federal Title IV financial aid programs (FAFSA, federal grants, direct student loans) and is not eligible for VA/GI Bill veteran benefits.
- No Institutional Loans: GCA does not broker, issue, or guarantee student educational loans.
